My thanks to Dr. Jessica Abraskin at Sparks Physical Therapy, 954 Ridgebrook Rd., Sparks, MD for resolving my vertigo with Vestibular Rehabilitation using the Epley Maneuver. Dr. Abraskin first did an evaluation to diagnose the vertigo and determine the best treatment. It worked! She also advised certain movements to avoid to prevent a recurrence.
