Dr. Lauren Goering Jones, PT, DPT

Lauren majored in Exercise Science and graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Elon University in 2012. She continued her post-graduate education at University of Maryland Eastern Shore and graduated in 2015 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Having grown up in Sparks, Lauren loves being able to help her friends and neighbors in northern Baltimore County recover and return to the simple joys of life- holding their children/grandchildren, horseback riding, or taking their dog for a walk on the NCR trail without pain. Her treatment strategies mainly focus on gentle manual therapy techniques, exercise, and postural training. She has pursued additional manual therapy training in post-graduate continuing education courses. When she is not in the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and their dog. She also loves spending her spring and summer in her vegetable garden and tending to her ever-growing houseplant collection.
